a wide range of logos, targeted at a variety of industries and tones.
2. Our web site presents you with a set of dynamically created logos using
your company name (and optional tag line). The logos are geared towards your industry,
with some others picked for tone and style.
You then pick the logo you like the best.
3. Once a logo is selected, you customize it by making a couple of simple decisions
about different elements of the logo, like colors or fonts. Two or three decisions may be
asked of you, with each decision having a set of choices that was hand-created by the logo designer.
4. When you have the logo you wish, simply pay $99 for it via PayPal,
and we'll e-mail you a zip file with the final logo image files in just a few minutes.
Q. Is My Logo Really Unique?
Yes. During the process of creating the logo, the graphic designer
adds information about what it is that makes the logo unique. That information
is used by our website in combination with your company name and the choices you make,
to ensure that once you buy a logo,
it's yours, and won't be sold to anyone else.
Most of our logos are
distinctive looking - that is, they are recognizable regardless of which company name is used.
As soon as a logo like this is sold, it is automatically removed from our website and
no longer offered to other customers.
In a few cases, the logo's distinctive element is the text itself, or an element of the text
like an emphasized initial letter. In this case, our software determines what
makes the logo unique, and controls whether that logo will be offered to any customers.
The bottom line is that this website was designed to offer a new approach to marketing graphic designs, not to

Q. Can I Trademark My Logo?
Yes - once you buy the logo you should copyright and/or trademark it.
In fact, we recommend doing a trademark search with
your new logo, to ensure that you don't infringe on an existing mark.
Due to the unique nature of
this website, MakeMyOwnLogo.com cannot make any guarantees that a generated logo will not resemble
an existing mark.
Q. Will You Create a Custom Logo For Me?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot create custom logos.
However, if you would like certain changes to be made to one of our logos, or if you
have an idea for a new logo, please
don't hesitate to contact us using the "Contact Us" menu item at the top of each page.
Q. Explain Your Money Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of purchasing your logo, you can contact us and request
a refund. We want to make sure you are confident when ordering, so we will honor
any refund request, providing you destroy all copies of your logo.
